Most of the programs offered at Beachbody require minimal amounts of Workout equipment. Similarly, you may substitute household objects while you are waiting for products to arrive. However, there’s always the risk of breaking a household object. Therefore, we advise getting the recommended equipment with each workout program

Chin-up Bar No data found!

The Chin-up Bar is heavy-gauge steel with multiple grip handles that can work all the different muscles in your shoulders, back and arms. After the assembly, just place the bar on top of a doorway with a strong trim in order to support exercises properly. The Chin-up bar only takes seconds to add or remove from the doorway, making it quick and easy to jump right into your workouts

The Chin ip bar is utilized in multiple different workouts. In order to get the most out of this piece of equipment, we recommend the following programs: P90X, P90X2, P90X3, P90X one-on-one or 22 minute Hard corps. 

B-LINES® Resistance Band Kit


Each B-LINES resistance bands kit contains three bands of varying resistance and two handles. The handles are soft foam that are easy to grip, even in the sweatiest of workouts. The Different Kits Contain varying amounts of resistance:

Standard Kit – One 15-lb. pink, one 20-lb. magenta, and one 30-lb. red band.

Super Kit –  One 20-lb. magenta, one 30-lb. red, and one 40-lb. green band.

Extreme Kit – One 40-lb. green, one 45-lb. blue, and one 50-lb. black band.

The The B-LINES resistance bands  are color coded for resistance, in order to easily identify during workouts where you might need to swap weights. Additionally, you can purchase bands individually as you progress upwards with your strength. 

The B-LINES resistance bands are perfect to utilize away from home or when traveling due to their portability and convenient swapping. Instead of carrying heavy weights around, these are flexible and can fit just about anywhere while still providing sculpting, toning and fat burning. 

The The B-LINES resistance bands can be used anywhere weights or resistance is needed, with the Door attachment they can even replace the Chin-up bar in workouts such as: LIIFT 4, Focus T25, The Masters Hammer and Chisel, Power 90 and Turbo Fire.

The Resistance loops come in a set of three color-coded bands: light- Yellow, medium – Green, and heavy – Blue to help you keep making progress with your workouts. Their primary goal is to help sculpt an firm. Whether thats a round booty, shaping legs and thighs or tightening and flattening your core. The bands also come in two sizes (12″ and 9″) in order to accommodate varying body types. To get the most out of the bands, we recommend you focus on programs such as: Barre Blend, 21 day fix, 80 day obsession, Turbo Fire or 10 Rounds.

BOD Rope No data found!

The BOD Rope is essentially a cordless Jump rope. With weighted handles and soft grips it simulates the feeling of an actual jumping rope. Additionally, jumping rope is one of the best exercises you can do for your body. These BOD ropes takes the pressure off of the perfect jump and refocuses that energy on continuing the exercise. With not having to stop and restart when you hit the rope, Beginners and veterans alike can push their workouts further and go harder with the peace of mind these can bring to a workout.

The BOD Rope assists with cardio, we recommend the following programs to get the most out of the BOD rope: 80 day obsession, Insanity: The Asylum, Insanity: The Asylum 2 and Muscle Burns Fat.

Beachbody Core Ball No data found!

The Beachbody Core Ball targets your core with a range of sculpting and strengthening moves. The Ball is lightweight and durable while only 8″, meaning that it can be stored after your workout instead of deflated every time. It has a texture that maintains grip during exercises. 

To get the most out of the Beachbody Core ball, we recommend one of the following programs: Body Beast, Cha Lean Extreme, Turbo Jam or INSANITY.

Yoga Mat No data found!

The Yoga mat is designed to stabilize the body during yoga practice, allowing you to focus on balance and alignment. It has a soft, grippy texture on both sides to allow neither you, or the floor to slip while in varying yoga positions. At just under 6′ long and just over 2′ wide, this yoga mat can accommodate most body types for multiple yoga positions. 

To get the most out of the Yoga Mat, we recommend a program that calls for stability and on-the-ground yoga work such as: 21 day fix, Turbo Fire, Slim in 6, Piyo, 3 week yoga retreat or Beachbody Yoga Studio workouts.

The Jump mat is designed to to assist with knees, back and ankles by providing a shock-absorbing platform during intense plyometric workouts. It is made of a thick, durable foam material that rolls up for easy storage when the workout is over. The mat is also slip resistant for safety while getting airborne. Its size (71″ x 26″) ensures that there is plenty of room to land without shifting the focus from exercising. 

In order to get the most out of the Jump mat, select workouts that contain higher-impact exercises and routines. We recommend programs such as: P90X, INSANITY, TurboFire or INSANITY: THE ASYLUM.

Core Comfort Mat No data found!

The core comfort mat is designed to give you cushioning support for floor-exercises. Some of the exercises it can be used for are: Push-ups, crunches, planks and kneeling moves. Additionally, any core workout that is on the floor. Its soft, thick texture eases pressure from joints and  and protects your spine while also creating a barrier on the floor. Its small size (24″ x 40″) can easily be rolled-up and taken with you or stored easily anywhere.

Strength Slides No data found!

The Strength Slides are designed to modify workout moves and work your muscles in different ways. Stabilizing during workouts, such as push-ups and planks can help engage your core, stimulate glutes and abs. As your body works harder to stabilize and control your movements, you’ll engage your core, stimulate your glutes, and activate muscles you never even knew you had.

In order to get the most out of the strength slides, choose a program that aims to tone from stabilization. We recommend programs such as: Piyo, 80 day obsession, Brazil Butt Lift or A little obsessed.

Beachbody Step No data found!

The Beachbody Step helps build endurance, strength and improve overall fitness. The step offers a flat surface to utilize with your workouts that is nonslip. It can be useful for transitioning into harder forms of exercises to include: push-ups, planks and sit-ups. Additionally, the step is adjustable to two sizes; 4″ and 6″. When used for cardio the height difference can take your workout to the next level!

The step is constructed with stability in mind while also remaining lightweight. Therefore, storing the step is a breeze after intense workouts such as: Transform: 20, Control Freak
