Week 1 is quickly coming to a close and already starting to look to the changes coming in week 2 as you get closer and closer to being totally Vegan…
Todays Meals consisted of some things I’m not particularly fond of but if its one thing I’ve learned over the last 8 years doing this is you can mix it up…Some meals from week 1 can be repeated when necessary or when ya just don’t like something! haha! Rules for the reset allow you to repeat some things within the same week or pull from future weeks as its gets cleaner and cleaner as you move forward. With that said Breakfast was a repeat of Oatmeal with added fresh strawberries. Lunch was a Microgreen salad with homemade garlic dressing. Finally dinner consisted of a Quinoa with Fresh steamed broccoli.
Energy continues to slowly rise and looking forward to bouncing off the walls by 21 days end! Haven’t noticed a huge difference in other areas such as sleep or skin yet but sure its coming soon
